【摘要】:Whenpermittedbyaspecificationortheorder,thistestmethodmaybeusedfordetectingleaksintubinginlieuoftheairunderwaterpressuretest.1.1Thistestmethodprovidesproceduresfortheleaktestingoftubingusingpneumaticpressure.Thistestmethodinvolvesmeasuringthechangeinpressureinsidethetubingovertime.Therearethreeproceduresthatmaybeused,allofwhichareintendedtobeequivalent.Itisaqualitativenotaquantitativetestmethod.Anyofthethreeproceduresareintendedtobecapableofleakdetectionand,assuch,areintendedtobeequivalentforthatpurpose.1.2Theprocedureswillproduceconsistentresultsuponwhichacceptancestandardscanbebased.ThistestmaybeperformedinaccordancewiththePressureDifferential(ProcedureA),thePressureDecay(ProcedureB),ortheVacuumDecay(ProcedureC)method.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.4.1Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.

【摘要】:Thistechnicalspecificationprovidesgeneralguidanceonthedynamicperformanceofhigh-voltagedirectcurrent(HVDC)systems.Dynamicperformance,asusedinthisspecification,ismeanttoincludethoseeventsandphenomenawhosecharacteristicfrequenciesortimedomaincovertherangebetweentransientconditionsandsteadystate.Itisconcernedwiththedynamicperformanceduetointeractionsbetweentwo-terminalHVDCsystemsandrelateda.c.systemsortheirelementssuchaspowerplants,a.c.linesandbuses,reactivepowersources,etc.atsteady-stateortransientconditions.Thetwo-terminalHVDCsystemsareassumedtoutilize12-pulseconverterunitscomprisedofthree-phasebridge(doubleway)connections.Theconvertersareassumedtousethyristorvalvesasbridgearms,withgaplessmetaloxidearrestersforinsulationcoordinationandtohavepowerflowcapabilityinbothdirections.Diodevalvesarenotconsideredinthisspecification.Whilemulti-terminalHVDCtransmissionsystemsarenotexpresslyconsidered,muchoftheinformationinthisspecificationisequallyapplicabletosuchsystems.Thisspecification(part3)whichcoversdynamicperformance,isaccompaniedbypublicationsforsteady-state(part1)andtransient(part2)performance.Allthreeaspectsshouldbeconsideredwhenpreparingtwo-terminalHVDCsystemspecifications.Adifferenceexistsbetweensystemperformancespecificationsandequipmentdesignspecificationsforindividualcomponentsofasystem.Whileequipmentspecificationsandtestingrequirementsarenotdefinedherein,attentionisdrawntothosewhichwouldaffectperformancespecificationsforasystem.TherearemanypossiblevariationsbetweendifferentHVDCsystems,thereforethesearenotconsideredindetail.Thisreportshouldnotbeuseddirectlyasaspecificationforaspecificproject,butrathertoprovidethebasisforanappropriatespecificationtailoredtofitactualsystemrequirementsforaparticularelectricpowertransmissionscheme.Thisspecificationdoesnotintendtodiscriminatebetweentheresponsibilityofusersandmanufacturersfortheworkspecified.
