【摘要】:On-line,at-line,in-lineandothernear-realtimemonitoringsystemsthatmeasurefuelgascharacteristicssuchasthetotalsulfurcontentareprevalentinthenaturalgasandfuelgasindustries.Theinstallationandoperationofparticularsystemsvaryonthespecificobjectives,contractualobligations,processtype,regulatoryrequirements,andinternalperformancerequirementsneededbytheuser.Thisprotocolisintendedtoprovideguidelinesforstandardizedstart-upprocedures,operatingprocedures,andqualityassurancepracticesforon-line,at-line,in-lineandothernear-realtimetotalsulfurmonitoringsystems.1.1Thispracticeisforthedeterminationoftotalsulfurfromvolatilesulfur-containingcompoundsinhighmethaneorhydrogencontentgaseousfuelsusingon-line/at-lineinstrumentation.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
