【摘要】:ThispartofISO11542specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofPE-UHMWmouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.PropertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizePE-UHMWmouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350-1.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO11542,asarethedesignatorypropertiesspecifiedinpart1.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
